• Checking applicant’s certificates and history of employment.
  • Undertaking In-house interviews to seafarers prior of eventual official interview by ship managers.
  • Ordering medical checkups followed by attending office personnel at the medical center.
  • Arrangements of visas and other travelling documents.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Processing of all documents requested dépendant of each case.
  • Organizing special training as per owners’ requests.
  • Additional English lectures if and when required.
  • Following up with local Maritime administration for issuance of Seamen’s books and any other related documentation.
  • Coordination with Local Maritime High Institute and marine school for STCW certification and basic courses.
  • Flag endorsements.
  • Monitoring the seafarers service on board.
  • Pre planning and organizing crew changes and relievers.
